FashionTV Club Cookie Policy
A plain English explanation of the cookies and similar technologies used at FashionTV Club, and how you can manage them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to keep you logged in, remember settings, measure how the site is performing and personalise the experience. FashionTV Club uses cookies for all of these purposes, with a clear consent banner on your first visit so you can choose what is on or off.
This page describes the categories of cookies we use, what each one does and how to manage them through the consent banner or your browser. You can change your choices at any time and we will respect your latest preference.
Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Required |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Login, security, fraud prevention, session handling | Yes |
| Functional | Language, layout preferences, recently played games | No |
| Analytics | Anonymous usage data so we can improve the site | No |
| Marketing | Personalised offers and bonus suggestions | No |
- Essential cookies cannot be turned off because the site will not work without them
- Functional, analytics and marketing cookies are optional
- You can change your choice from the cookie banner at any time
- Browser settings let you block or delete cookies entirely
Managing cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences directly from the consent banner, which appears on your first visit and remains accessible from the footer. You can also use your browser settings to block or delete cookies for any site, including FashionTV Club. Note that turning off essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or playing.
Third party cookies and tracking
Some cookies on FashionTV Club are placed by trusted third parties rather than by us directly. Examples include analytics partners that help us understand how the site is performing, payment processors that secure the cashier and game studios that run the slots and live tables. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which govern how they handle the data collected through their cookies. We only work with partners whose policies meet the standards set by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and equivalent overseas frameworks.
Tracking pixels and similar lightweight technologies are sometimes embedded in marketing emails to confirm whether a message has been opened. You can disable image loading in your email client to prevent this kind of tracking, or unsubscribe from marketing communications entirely if you prefer not to receive them at all. Service messages such as withdrawal notifications and security alerts do not include marketing pixels.
Browser controls
Every modern browser includes built in tools for managing cookies. In Chrome, Edge and Brave the controls sit under Settings then Privacy and Security. Safari users will find them under Preferences then Privacy. Firefox stores them under Settings then Privacy and Security. You can choose to block all cookies, block only third party cookies, allow cookies only on selected sites, or clear cookies on a schedule. Mobile browsers expose similar controls under their settings menus.
Blocking essential cookies will prevent FashionTV Club from working as intended, including login, deposit and game play. If you want a clean break from the site, the cleanest option is to log out, clear cookies for our domain through your browser controls and then close the tab. That removes any session data without affecting cookies for other sites you use.
Updates to this policy
This Cookie Policy is reviewed alongside our Privacy Policy and updated when the cookies we use change, when new services are added or when applicable rules require an update. Significant changes are highlighted on your next visit so you can review and adjust your preferences. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
